No Returns and All Sales Are Final
At Kairova, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure that every item you receive is brand new and in its original condition.
Exceptions
While we have a no-returns policy, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must have been received by the customer.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
- Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action.
Chargebacks/Disputes
Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we are committed to providing the best support.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product you did receive, please contact us first. We will help you resolve the issue. Please do not file chargebacks for matters that we can solve together.
